Happiness, true happiness, is a inner quality. It is a state of mind. I hope throughout this reading everyone feels a little inspired. Inner peace. Though life gets rough and tough at times and you may need to fight some hardships, it's really not the end of the world. I guess the question is how do we reach a state of feeling peaceful ? Today I can personally say that I've went through and back. Things weren't always 100 and I wasn't always smiling. One thing that took me the longest and hardest to do was look at all the different aspects and positive in life. All the many people I am surrounded with. Now back to my question "how do we reach a state of feeling peaceful?" Feelings of completeness, contentment, happiness, joy, in love are thought to destroy the negative emotions and negative feelings, love being the most powerful. I think it's definitely a journey to get to that point in life. I have accepted that I am the type of person who enjoys the challenge, and enjoys the journey. It's not the goal that matters to me it's the journey to get there that's so fun and I am content with being that type of person. We choose whether we are happy or unhappy. Read that sentence again if it's not already something you consciously practice in your daily life. If you weren't happy with your life right now I will venture to guess that it is because you've chosen to be unhappy sounds harsh, but in my experience it's completely true. Doesn't apply to everyone. It's my choice of thoughts of attitude or behavior. Life's what you make it. Choose to be happy. Feel motivated.
